As we began to close off 2014, we spent time together as a family in Christ remembering all our goals and achievements. Our church invited our baby churches, friends and family and hosted an elegant evening filled with an abundance of food, entertainment, and memories. We had our No Talent show open up with everything from jokes, songs, skits, mariachis, to more jokes. It brought everyone together with joy and laughter, eager to see what could possibly be in store for our new year. Shortly after that, we were able to see our End of the Year video which included outreaches, new converts, revivals, concerts, and loved ones who are now pastoring in their own churches. As the video ended, Pastor Gordon spoke with us and gave us a glimpse into a promising New Year filled with hope and answered prayers as well as a sense of urgency to simply rely on God and “Ask” fervently through our prayers for breakthrough in our lives. What an exciting time it was as we closed out 2014 in worship and we ushered in our New Year – 2015.
